AboutTordura 5 Tablet is a diuretic medication used to treat edema (fluid retention) caused by heart failure, liver disease, or kidney disease, and to manage high blood pressure.Usage Instructions: Take once daily in the morning as prescribed, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Avoid taking late in the day to prevent nighttime urination. Continue even if you feel well.Benefits: Reduces fluid retention and swelling; Lowers blood pressure; Improves breathing in heart failure; Decreases strain on heart.How it Works: Contains Torsemide which blocks sodium and chloride reabsorption in kidneys, increasing urine output and removing excess fluid from the body.Side Effects: Increased urination, dizziness, headache, dehydration, low potassium, muscle cramps, weakness, low blood pressure.Safety Advice: Take in the morning.
