AboutTravecef 200 mg Tablet contains cefpodoxime proxetil (200 mg), a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis), urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, ear infections, throat infections, and certain sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhea).Usage InstructionsTake as directed by your doctor, usually every 12 hours (twice daily). Can be taken with or without food (taking with food may improve absorption). Swallow whole with water. Complete full course even if symptoms improve.
