AboutUpadavio 30MG Tablet contains Upadacitinib, a selective JAK-1 inhibitor used to treat moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and other inflammatory autoimmune conditions.Usage Instructions: Take once daily as prescribed, with or without food. Swallow extended-release tablet whole. Do not crush, chew, or divide. Take consistently at the same time daily.Benefits: Effective in ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease (IBD), rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis. Serious: serious infections (TB, opportunistic), thrombosis (DVT/PE), malignancy, hepatotoxicity, GI perforation, hypersensitivity reactions, major adverse cardiovascular events.Safety Advice: Pre-treatment screening for TB, hepatitis B/C, and malignancy required.
