About: Upadazen 30 Tablet contains Upadacitinib 30mg, a selective JAK inhibitor for treating moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and atopic dermatitis.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole; do not crush, chew, or split. Take at same time each day.Benefits: Reduces joint pain and swelling, improves physical function, controls eczema symptoms, slows radiographic progression.How it Works: Selectively inhibits JAK1 enzyme, blocking cytokine signaling pathways involved in inflammation and immune response.Side Effects: Upper respiratory infections, nausea, headache, increased cholesterol, elevated liver enzymes, acne, herpes zoster.
