About: Upadazen 45 Tablet contains Upadacitinib 45mg, the highest strength JAK inhibitor for severe autoimmune conditions including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.Usage Instructions: Take once daily as prescribed. Swallow tablet whole with water. Can be taken with or without meals.Benefits: Controls severe inflammatory bowel disease symptoms, induces remission in ulcerative colitis, treats Crohn's disease, reduces inflammation.How it Works: Blocks JAK1-mediated signaling of multiple pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-6, IL-2, and interferon-gamma.Side Effects: Nausea, headache, fatigue, upper respiratory infections, increased CPK, acne, herpes infections.
