AboutValeptol CR 200mg Tablet is an extended-release antiepileptic medication used to treat epilepsy, bipolar disorder, and prevent migraine headaches.Usage Instructions: Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Take at regular intervals. Do not stop suddenly.Benefits: Controls various types of seizures; Stabilizes mood in bipolar disorder; Prevents migraine headaches; Extended-release for convenient dosing.How it Works: Contains Sodium Valproate and Valproic Acid which increase GABA (a calming neurotransmitter) levels in the brain and block voltage-sensitive sodium channels, reducing abnormal electrical activity.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, tremor, weight gain, hair loss, elevated liver enzymes.Safety Advice: Do not stop abruptly.
