AboutVAP CR 500MG Tablet contains Sodium Valproate and Valproic Acid, used to manage epilepsy, bipolar disorder, and prevent migraine headaches.Usage Instructions: Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice daily with food. Swallow controlled-release tablet whole; do not crush or chew.Benefits: Controls epileptic seizures, stabilizes mood in bipolar disorder, prevents migraine attacks, reduces seizure frequency and severity.How it Works: Increases GABA (inhibitory neurotransmitter) levels and blocks voltage-gated sodium channels in the brain, reducing abnormal electrical activity and stabilizing mood.Side Effects: Common: nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, hair loss, weight gain, tremor.
