AboutVogliwise 0.2 MDV Tablet contains Voglibose, an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor for controlling postprandial blood sugar in type 2 diabetes.Usage Instructions: Take immediately before meals (mouth-dissolving). Allow tablet to dissolve on tongue. Take with each main meal. Do not swallow whole.Benefits: Controls post-meal blood sugar spikes, reduces postprandial hyperglycemia, weight neutral, low hypoglycemia risk, convenient mouth-dissolving form.How it Works: Voglibose inhibits alpha-glucosidase enzymes in intestine, delaying carbohydrate digestion and glucose absorption, blunting postprandial glucose rise.Side Effects: Flatulence, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, bloating, rare: hypoglycemia (when combined with other antidiabetics), liver enzyme elevation.Safety Advice: Inform doctor if hypoglycemia occurs (treat with glucose, not sucrose).
