AboutWeltelmi 40 contains Telmisartan and is prescribed for hypertension and selected cardiovascular risk-reduction indications. It helps relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.Usage InstructionsTake once daily with or without food at the same time each day. Swallow with water.
