About: Wyntide 8mg/3ml Pen is a Semaglutide injection pen for type 2 diabetes management with once-weekly subcutaneous administration.Usage Instructions: Inject subcutaneously once weekly on the same day. Rotate injection sites. Start with lower dose and titrate as prescribed to minimize GI side effects.Benefits: Effective HbA1c reduction, substantial weight loss, cardiovascular risk reduction, convenient weekly dosing, preserves beta-cell function.How it Works: Activates GLP-1 receptors, stimulating insulin release in glucose-dependent manner, inhibiting glucagon secretion, delaying gastric emptying, promoting satiety.Side Effects: Nausea (most common), vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, fatigue, injection site reactions. Rare: pancreatitis, acute gallbladder disease.Safety Advice: Contraindicated in thyroid C-cell tumors. Monitor renal function in severe GI reactions. Not recommended in severe gastroparesis.
