AboutXTUM O 325 Tablet is a combination pain reliever containing Tramadol and Paracetamol for moderate to severe pain management.Usage Instructions: Take after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water. Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration. Do not exceed prescribed dose or frequency.Benefits: Relieves moderate to severe pain, dual mechanism action, effective for post-operative pain, treats injury-related pain, convenient combination therapy.How it Works: Tramadol acts on opioid receptors and inhibits neurotransmitter reuptake.
