AboutZayo CP 50 is a combination cardiovascular medication containing Sacubitril and Valsartan used to treat heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). It improves heart function and reduces hospitalization risk.Usage InstructionsTake exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Take at the same time each day.
