About: Zifam Enox 60 Injection contains Enoxaparin 60mg, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) anticoagulant for preventing and treating blood clots.Usage Instructions: Administered by healthcare professional via subcutaneous injection. Dosage based on indication (DVT prophylaxis/treatment, ACS). Rotate injection sites.Benefits: Prevents DVT and PE, treats established thrombosis, prevents clot extension, used in ACS and post-surgery, predictable anticoagulation.How it Works: Potentiates antithrombin III, inhibiting Factor Xa and thrombin, preventing fibrin formation and clot propagation.Side Effects: Bleeding, bruising, injection site reactions, thrombocytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, rare: spinal hematoma, osteoporosis (long-term).Safety Advice: Contraindicated in active bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia, recent brain/spinal surgery. Monitor platelet count. Use caution in renal impairment. Not for IM injection.Storage: Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. Keep syringe in carton. Use immediately after opening.
