AboutZORYL M D 1/1000 Tablet is a combination antidiabetic containing Glimepiride 1mg and Metformin 1000mg (modified release) for Type 2 diabetes.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with breakfast or first main meal. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Take consistently at same time each day.Benefits: Effective blood sugar control, reduces HbA1c, prevents diabetes complications, dual mechanism action, once-daily dosing.How it Works: Glimepiride stimulates pancreatic insulin secretion; Metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.Side Effects: Hypoglycemia, nausea, diarrhea, metallic taste, weight gain, vitamin B12 deficiency (long-term).Safety Advice: Take with meals to reduce gastric upset.
