AboutZupitor 20mg Tablet is a cholesterol-lowering medication used to treat high cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular problems.Usage Instructions: Take once daily, preferably in the evening, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Continue taking even if you feel well. Follow a low-cholesterol diet.Benefits: Lowers bad cholesterol (LDL); Raises good cholesterol (HDL); Reduces cardiovascular risk; Prevents heart attack and stroke.How it Works: Contains Atorvastatin which inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme needed for cholesterol production in the liver, thereby reducing blood cholesterol levels.Side Effects: Muscle pain, weakness, joint pain, diarrhea, nausea, headache, elevated liver enzymes, increased blood sugar.Safety Advice: Inform doctor if you have liver disease, kidney disease, or thyroid problems.
